Shipping & Delivery

You can pick up your order at our nearest showroom closer to you. All orders will be processed for delivery up to 2-5 working days after order confirmation, we work 6 days a week between 09:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, and 09:00AM to 2:00PM on Saturdays. You can also opt for delivery to your doorstep or at your office. All deliveries will attract a fee. Delivery fee would be based on your location, charges will be applied at checkout.

Returns & Replacements
Any item purchased from www.electromart.com can be returned for a refund or a replacement with an item of equal value, if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase. In such cases, the item has to be returned in a resellable condition with all packaging and accessories intact. Items returned after 7 days but before 15 days in the aforementioned condition, would be accepted subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be in a good resellable condition.
Ordering

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. You will receive a separate order confirmation of your order and allocating you a delivery time. If there are any issues with your order, a customer service agent will contact you. Electromart online Platform is live 24/7, you can place your order anytime anywhere on any device that can access internet with a browser.

You can also visit any of our showrooms and place your order. We work 6 days a week between 09:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, and 09:00AM to 2:00PM on Saturdays.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

For your convenience, we offer a wide range of payment methods. You can pay securely by credit or debit card, make a deposit into one of our bank accounts, pay using mobile money services or walk into any of our showroom and make payment on pickup. Our Pricing are comparable to or lower than what you pay when you buy from other stores of the same brand product. We do promotional campaigns every month end.

Viewing Orders

After placing your orders you can view your account to view the history of all your orders and as well as track the progress of the order you placed.

Updating Account Information

Once you create an account with us, you are legible to updating your account information, being it Address, Password, Email or Telephone Number at any time.
